We asked our chef Stephan Dialer about his secret. “There is none”, he said and laughed! After all, it is no longer a secret that the best meat from a farm, fish from local waters and crunchy vegetable from the region simply taste better.
Our meals taste like passion for and delight in spoiling our guests. The AdlerCuisine was awarded two Toques by Gault&Millau and was also praised in the Guide Michelin. “Bon appétit” or, as we say here: “An Guata”!

Our hotel restaurant offers you refined international cuisine with an Austrian focus. Since we are fully responsive to our guests’ preferences, we serve a five-course gourmet dinner as well as a delicious vegetarian dinner for our health-conscious guests every day. In addition, you can choose between tender fish, tasty meat and crunchy vegetables. The 400-year-old Tyrolean parlour is one of the oldest areas in our hotel, and an atmospheric place with a panelled wooden ceiling and a romantic à la carte dinner. Here, we serve local specialities and delicacies. Or as falstaff would say: The local specialities from our kitchen are fresh and modern and refined deliciously.

What cocktail type are you? The fruity Hurricane or rather the bitter Gin Tonic type? Or simply the honest and genuine Whiskey lover? To be honest: It does not matter because everyone will find their favourite drink in our bar. Even without alcohol, if that is what you prefer. With good music and lively discussions, there is only one question left: shaken or stirred?
How about a culinary affair? Where our trendy lifestyle restaurant with its delicacies is harboured today, the hotel’s stables were located 450 years ago. Here, in the heart of St. Anton’s hip pedestrian zone, we serve only in winter the best from Austria. Since Aquila means eagle in English and the restaurant is the trendy little brother of the hotel (whose name means black eagle in English), you will actually remain faithful to us.
