WHEN CAN I CHECK IN?
Your room is ready from 3 pm and we kindly ask you to check out by 11 am.
IS THE USE OF THE WELLNESS AREA FREE?
Yes, our guests use the wellness area for free.
WHERE DO I PARK MY CAR?
Our own parking space is located directly at the hotel, at the entrance to the pedestrian area. We also have a limited number of garage spaces, which you can book on request for 10 EUR per day.
WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION CONDITIONS?
If you want to cancel your reservation, please contact us immediately. The sooner you announce your cancellation, the sooner we will be able to seek your best. Usually the following cancellations fees apply.
ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in our house.
IS THERE A CHILD AREA Respectively CHILDCARE?
Yes. We have a modern children's playroom where your kids can really let off steam. Our child fairy cares for children from four years in winter daily, except Saturday, starting from 15 pm with different plays and music. The child care is of course free for all guests of the Schwarzer Adler. We are happy to organize care before 3 pm for a fee.
